Sit down. Create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Try to make yourself feel as comfortable as possible. Maybe you like to listen to your favorite music or light your favorite candle. Anything that serves your well-being and results in an open and receiving mood.
As soon as you have established your very own ambience, get yourself into a thinking process. At the beginning you might experience a mix of thoughts, all occurring at the same time, stumbling at each other. Or, maybe you do not have any thoughts. That is totally fine. Give yourself some time. Your thoughts, the ideas you have in your mind, will eventually come up. The less pressure the better. Trust yourself and the process you are about to initiate! And by the time you catch yourself making thoughts of anything that is relevant to you, take out a piece of paper and write them down. There will be a moment at which you will feel satisfied with everything you have collected. Have a look at your visualized thinking process. Maybe you are able to form headings, topics or groups. Work with your thoughts. Are there any parallels or dependencies? Make it a clear visualization. The more specific the better. What you want to focus on is the development of individual goals.
Attract your goals. In CW#25 we have talked about ATTRACTION. Click here to have a look at this particular topic. There, you will find all background information. Attraction is an energy we create by establishing thoughts resulting in a mindset. It is something we are able to control. Create your personal affirmations concerning your visualization items as well and start attracting them. Make this a conscious choice and believe in your power of creation. There is different methods to start an attraction process. You will find a simple example within CW#25 blogpost. The main focus is to establish a mindset favoring our individual ideas and their development.
Once you have started an attraction process, receive the outcome. Anything you will put energy to will have some sort of result. This is for sure. It may not be the outcome you were hoping for. Be flexible. Maybe, if you choose to have a different perspective, the unexpected results will turn out to be more for the benefit of your future goals. Try to be open and work with the outcome you receive by taking actions.
Transform into something you have made up your mind about. Remember the initial thoughts you had when you started this process. The mixture of thoughts, the sorting of ideas, the formation of groups and finally the attraction of individual desires. Now, this is the chance to use your own energy and start a transformation process because you are the initiator of this life sequence. You are responsible for your actions, you control your actions and you create reactions. This is what transformation is about - to develop reaction patterns that will favor your individual goals.
